XXXI William H Gray

XXXI    William H Gray

Oh what a hipocrite I was, my friends;
To lie and cheat and steal right in your face.
The stink of the corruption never ends;
Leon Panetta had to take my place.

But he and Bonior didn't have the grace
To let poor Pennsylvania have a chance
For government without abject disgrace;
Detached from graft and sin; corruption's dance.

So round the dem convention we all prance;
And on and on we cheat until we die;
And then we wonder, fixed beneath God's glance;
Why we dare not look him in the eye.

Attorney General Thornburg cut my deal.
Or I'd continued on to lie and steal.
